[UAUG] Change icon for Application stack

Does anyone know how to change the icon that shows in my Dock for the  
Applications folder/stack?

I believe it acts like the Documents/Downloads icons in that the most  
recently added file is the icon.

I like that functionality for Document/Downloads, but I'd rather for  
Applications that it just use the standard pencil/paintbrush/ruler icon.

Any ideas? It's driving me crazy the icon that is shows right now.  
It's my OCD acting up. ;)
