Definitely. It allows the students to learn how to interact in an online
environment, and it makes it easy to present to the students when they are
not in town. It works because you can "see" each other while talking.
It's also convenient for office hours, because not everyone can get up to
the Annex building at the U. This way I'm available for "face time" even if
they can't get to my office.
Why would you think it was creepy?
