[UAUG] iphone/ipod backing up every time you connect

Nope, two different things. It actually does a full backup of your phone
every time it syncs...and it's not consistent in how long it takes.
Sometimes it'll take 2-3 minutes and sometimes it'll take an hour+, even
with the exact same data on it.
