[UPHPU] Drupal problems

If you haven't tracked it down already, you might try checking apache
access log to make sure you're not victim to some sort of DoS attack. It
may also be possible you have a cron job running wild or a plugin that may
be consuming extra cpu.

Also you might try checking mysql process list while it's peaking, from
command line run a show processlist; to see what queries are running, which
might give you some more clues as to what's going on.
