[UPHPU] list back up

Sorry for the missing list mail the past few days. I updated the box and restarted and had a couple issues. Turns out that sendmail was set to start on boot and postfix was not. I use postfix and not sendmail so this was a problem. When I started postfix manually, it tried but could send mail because sendmail was already using the port.

This should be fixed for the next restart; which, because this server is running Linux, is only every few years.
