[UPHPU] Online schema changes in MySQL

I mentioned this at the last meeting, it looks like they've got it 
working even better now.  As I said at the meeting, I haven't actually 
tried it yet, but I have used other stuff in their toolkit and have been 
very impressed.

If you've used Maatkit in the past, it was renamed to Percona Toolkit a 
while back.
