[UPHPU] PhoneGap/Titanium over-the-air content updates?

I have used jquerymobile and phone gap.

I just went through a beating, with native developers, showing me how 
slow phonegap and hybrid apps run on lower level (hardware) android devices.

Still HTML5 ftw!
