[UPHPU] jquery date picker

Miles,

I use jquery date picker (http://docs.jquery.com/UI/Datepicker). I don't 
know if that is by Kelvin Luck, but it is my favorite. It is a part of 
jquery UI. If I don't have jquery on a project, I have used jscalendar 
in the past (http://www.dynarch.com/projects/calendar/).
