[UPHPU] Do people use UML to model their PHP web applications?

I have used UML to model Java and C# classes, and Ruby automation state and
sequence. I like UML most for its state diagrams as well as its sequence
diagrams. The Java and C# class were modeled with UML class and package
diagrams of course.
