[UPHPU] Which PHP continuous integration system is most popular?

My company is trying to decide which PHP continuous integration system would
be the best, easiest to install and use, and which one will work well on
Windows (we don't have the full time resources right now to provide Linux
Network Support). The solutions I have looked at that include Windows
support are:

   - Phing (http://phing.info/trac/)
   - PHPUnit (http://www.phpunit.de/)

I haven't seen any other yet from googling "PHP continuous integration" yet.

Do any of you like either of these tools, or know of "better" continuous
integration support for PHP in Windows (Rephlux claims to be Linux only, so
that won't work right now)?
