[UPHPU] Documentation Websites

Not quite documentation but there's a site called
http://bytemycode.comwhere you can upload snippets of various
languages that other users can look
at and comment on. For documentation on a bunch of languages I use a site
called http://gotapi.com that is like a meta search engine for
documentation.
