utah that was contracting out to inidia
(9:25:39 PM) Trevyn: the sites not fully functional but I think the code 
looks good

(9:26:23 PM) Trevyn: Im looking to bring in someone to help them 
document there specifications, and help to give them estimates on the 
level of work they still need
