[UPHPU] 3-4 Week Contract Position

Hi All, I was hoping you could help. I need a contractor for approximately 3-4 weeks to come in and immediately get up to speed on a custom reporting application and make some enhancements. The application is written in PHP, MySQL, and Pear. It is integrated with a couple of APIs including Google Maps. I need someone who is a reporting guru with a variety of skills.
 
Do you know where I could find someone who is reliable and trustworthy in a short period of time? How much might I need to pay for something like this?
