[UPHPU] website enhancements

All,

I have made some enhancements to the website and am looking for  
feedback on others. There is not an "events" block in the sidebar  
that lists our upcoming events. The "meetings" page has also been  
renamed to "events" and now lists upcoming events inline (the  
calendar feed and web-based calendars are both still available).

I am curious, would you guys like a block in the sidebar for job  
announcements (similar to how UGAF does it [1])?

Also, what are your thoughts about requiring job announcements to be  
posted through a form on the website instead of via email (similar to  
how UGAF does it [2])? The nice thing about this is that it controls  
quality without the delay of moderation.
