I trust them. We're not using SVN as a file sharing too. SVN is a
required step getting files to our production servers.From SVN, we
check out to staging and then rsync to production. My script would
automatically check their files into subversion, check them out onto
staging, and then rsync them to production.

The problem with this is that it requires me (or a developer) to do
it. It's a waste of time. I need a solution that allows them to put
files up on their own/automatically.
