[UPHPU] Genetically coded website

Justin (I feel like I am talking to myself),

    What you said, about it always resulting in brown, makes sense. The 
hsl method sounds like a good idea. My goal though is to make a website 
that controls itself completely. So I need to find some way to 
genetically code all three values into one genetic code, and then be 
able to combine them and genetically alter them.
