I don't see any color change effects. What I see is a hover state  
that consists of an animation of a section of the "IsoTruss frame's  
look" fading in, growing, and fading out. This navigation could  
easily be done without flash. The trapezoid-shaped buttons could be  
images and you could temporarily replace the images with animated  
GIFs (that only loop once) when the mouse hovers.
