[UPHPU] Some CSS help?

If you have to support older versions of IE, and links, and hovers,  
you're not going to make it with pure CSS. You may have to use the  
extremely painful: <img border="0"

Hey, I'm not happy about it either! Blame Bill, blame Ballmer, I'm  
just the messenger. It's no secret how much I love CSS, but no one can  
outcode Microsoft's misfires on CSS. If compatibility is not a hurdle  
for you, then the code below is the way to go. Good luck.
