[UPHPU] Question re. PHPMailer.php

The error message "Language string failed to load" is generated in
PHPMailer::Lang() in class.phpmailer.php when it tries to translate an
error message into some himan language and can't find a file named
"language/phpmailer.lang-??.php"" where ?? is the two letter code for
the language.  So instead of getting an error message describing the
original error, you get an error message describing the inability to
translate the original error message (which is an English string).

Personally I'm not impressed by this method of handling error messages.
