apparently there is some web site to look up license plates - designed 
for singles to connect and featured on Fox 13 news last night (saw the 
headline after 24).  I'm single but think this lookup is a very very bad 
idea for privacy / safety / road rage issues.  Leave it to the govt to 
protect you, not.
