[UPHPU] Delphi For PHP

I based my dissertation on some Delphi programs - it was simply one of
the best interfaces around except for the reliance on pascal language
(which was good but not accepted by some agencies) and sadly was Windows
only. However, after my earlier firm experience with C++ Builder and
then the Linux version - we swore we would never use Borland again due
to bugs, high charges, etc. My own experience was that Borland liked
to announce splashy products that didn't really have strong resources or
bug fixing commitments behind it - ie just ship it and milk it. On the
other hand, I believe codegear is a spin-off so it might be operating
totally different. How many different products are they shipping ? My
advice is test drive it before spending money. Plus, suspecting this is
only a .Net client program.
