[UPHPU] Delphi For PHP

I think I just answered my own question, though not for sure.

Look like they were taken in KDE.
Also, I forgot to mention one more thing. The VCL that they are selling
with the IDE looks interesting. I'm curious to see what kinds of
components they have set up in PHP. In that codegear article, they were
mentioning some flash stuff, as well as regular HTML type form stuff. It
would be nice if they're new libraries handle some stuff I've been
coding by hand this whole time for lack of a better way to do it.
