What is BC?  Also, the change of a couple of seconds either way isn't
enough to throw us off by anything greater than a day every century or
so.  So it's probably not really worth worrying about.

cal_days_in_month (and friends) support the Gregorian, Julian, Jewish
and French Revolutionary calendars.
