[UPHPU] Menus Question

Here is what I have for navigation/layout now. Like I have said  
before, I am working from the ground up. Design and Facade will come  
in later. There are only 3 products, 1 formula, and 2 bulk herbs.  
There are only 3 Pieces of Information (I don't know what else to  
call them), 1 Program, and 2 Advice. About us and Sign-in don't work  
yet.

I could make the top buttons into menus with the links of the each  
page in the menu
