What is the groups opinions about menus?

I usually don't use menus on websites, but what are user preferences?

The menus on the current site (www.westernbotanicals.com) seem very  
cluttered to me (besides that they don't work well in Safari).

I am thinking about having three buttons across the top, called  
"Products", "Information", and "About us." With a search box on the  
right. Each of these pages would then further break down the subject  
in the content of the page.
