[UPHPU] How to do...?

I have had a great relationship with 1&1 hosting for 4-5 years now.  They're big, so are very rigid, and not very personal, but you can't beat the price or value for money.

Yes he is my father.

Marketrends is  basically this guys server business (I think  
technically it is his friends).

Sorry about the cold fusion mix up. I thought it was a proprietary  
database. Anyways I can get to all the database info and put it into  
mysql, and use php to call all of it.

It isn't a big deal that I have control over the server, the site  
just needs to be redone.

So who has good inexpensive hosting, with php, mysql, email, and room  
for lots of product pictures?
