First impressions are everything. I would never making it past your  
employer's website's first page. There's not much you can do if your  
boss won't budge, but I bet that there is a lot that you can do to  
help convince him. Does he browse the rest of the internet much? Put  
together some examples of how his website looks like 1998 while the  
rest looks like 2007.
