I don't think so. They're either not very forthcoming with those kinds of
details, or they just don't have advanced features like that. Both have free
accounts you can try. They seem more like simple hosted form services than
feature-rich form-building applications to me.

Have you thought about adding server side form validation to your feature
list? What about blocking email injection headers or DNS verification if the
form collects email addresses?
