I've been in talks with two guys this last month.  Al Byers and Dave Evans
who are the creators of the project these people are promoting

The real project is an Apache Software Foundation project found here.  I
know enough about it, but have not yet set up.  I am considering it as a
useful tool for managing Utah Open Source
