No, it's not compiled on the fly. It just reads the data out of the  
database and dynamically builds/updates the interface.

Notice the image viewer beneath "my photos." Neither the photographs,  
the counter (# of #), or the labels below are in the flash file. They  
are pulled in dynamically for each user.
