Having had to use Bazaar for Ubuntu development, I've got a couple things to
say.
I'll use Bazaar when it supports the following:
- much better network performance
- much better memory usage
- built-in support for pushes (to include replacement of that crap that is
referred to as Paramiko)
- It becomes 'stable'. This just reflects that Bazaar hasn't been around
that long, and the userbase, support, and community isn't near what SVN's
is.
Otherwise, if you (or I) want a beta, Python based, distributed VCS, use
Mercurial. Personally, I'll stick with SVN for personal projects, Perforce
at work.
