[UPHPU] simple image export app for Microsoft Windows

I think the world will be a better place when PNG is supported (hello,  
IE -- again!!). As for exporting to web, I tend to use Fireworks. I  
usually use Photoshop to build my PSDs. But their export isn't so hot.  
Fireworks has better export, slightly smaller output sizes and  
slightly better quality. I can only hope that someone at Adobe figures  
out how to put the FW export code in PS.
