[UPHPU] simple image export app for Microsoft Windows

WIndows XP?  If so have him check out the Power Toys from Microsoft,  
they have an image re-sizer.  It's literally right-click, choose your  
desired size and it resizes them.  I'm a Mac person and I'm even  
impressed with that MS (free, surprisingly) app.
