[UPHPU] Jan 6 IRC Meeting

Tomorrow is our bi-monthly IRC meeting to help plan and shape the
group.  We are currently planning for the PHP workshop coming up on
the 27th with the UPHPU group.  This email was Cc: to them as well,
 and it would be great if they could attend tomorrow's IRC meeting.

We need everyone's efforts in helping make this a reality, so, as
such, we want your input on what you want to see at this workshop.
Some of the ideas that we will be covering are as follows:

* Secondary location to WSU.
* Presentation time, topics, structure and presenters.
* Food, sponsors and schwag.
* Organization and setup.

Also, towards the end of the meeting, we will be covering the
current status of the OALUG Wiki- mainly, the Constitution, ByLaws
and the Code of Conduct.  I hope to get these ratified by the end of
the month.  We as a group will be voting on it's ratification, so if
there is anything you would like to see implemented, make sure to
get your voice heard.  This will be towards the end of the meet, so
the UPHPU users can leave, if needed.
