[UPHPU] best method for css rounded gradient boxes

I do not think background images are supported to be stretchable. Plus, you lose a lot of quality when letting the browser resize the image. To get best results on what you need to accomplish, you might want to post a visual test page to show us what you are trying to do. Then, we can help you in finding your solution.

I draw a rounded box & save it as a 200 x 100 px png. I put it in my
css as backround-image: url("mybackground.png");
But if the div is not a fixed width and stretches out to 300 px - the
image is chopped at 200 - I would like the image to be stretched to the
full 300
