I draw a rounded box & save it as a 200 x 100 px png.  I put it in my 
css as backround-image: url("mybackground.png");

But if the div is not a fixed width and stretches out to 300 px - the 
image is chopped at 200 - I would like the image to be stretched to the 
full 300
