I have tried them all, from @task [1] to Basecamp [2] and have found  
them all lacking. My biggest complaints are usability issues. I have  
also found that the more features that exist and the more complicated  
they are, the less they get used. @task for example is incredibly  
powerful and can nearly do anything you could imagine, but the  
learning curve is so high and usability quirky enough that no one uses  
it. I have also found that it is a waste of time to implement a system  
unless you have a dedicated project manager to police it's use and to  
monitor timelines and schedules.

My personal favorite is TasksPro [3].
