[UPHPU] Animated jpegs?

Basically in a nutshell... You can't make an animated image with a JPEG file.
Now the key question is, why are you want to have these rotate? It would seem that if they are thumbnails, they would need to link to the larger image, but that would also mean when you rotate an image you would need to change the target link as well...

I didn't explain that exactly correctly. The product we're showing is a
photo-quality print. I will still show it as 72 dpi, but the 256 colors
of gifs aren't enough to show all the colors of the photos. They can see
higher res photos if they want, but these are thumbnails.
