only what I have learned from articles I have ready, SEO experts I  
have worked with, and experience building pages… I don't have a link…  
but even if I did… nothing on the web is controlled by anyone… it's  
all just best practices, suggested specs, recommendations, what  
browser authors choose to support, and what search engine authors  
choose to respect.
