I sent a longer reply to Walt, but basically, that's exactly the 
problem.  The closing tags are there in the skins, but php or wordpress 
is stopping before it finishes rendering the html for the page.  So the 
last several lines of expected html source is missing.  That makes the 
html invalid, messing up their RSS feeds and what not.

We thought it might have something to do with the output buffering so 
we've adjusted that setting, we've turned it off altogether, nada.  I'm 
at a loss for ideas.
