[UPHPU] Playing with javascript

Last time I was on PayPal, I noticed that their pay button would disable itself after you clicked, so people wouldn't accidentally click it twice while waiting for it to go through. Looking around there seem to be several ways to do this, but I decided to do one with the intent for it to still work when JavaScript is disabled and still have clean(ish) markup.

Has anyone seen any other ajaxy stuff that still works without JavaScript?
Also, there was one thing I didn't figure out. Can you use JavaScript to capture pressing enter? I think dynamically changing the form action to a function would work, but I wonder what you think.
