(IMHO) I would vote against InnoDB.  I have used foreign key references in
MySQL for years  without it.  I simply enforce them in my code (PHP or C++
or whatever).  I suggest checking out some database design and normal form
doucmentation.  You can google for it or search on  the MySQL site.  We have
had many discussions on this list about that very subject and I think some
presentations.  All of that should be available on the UPHPU site, right
