I contacted Blake Darling at Complete Communications, and he got me in 
contact with Ezra Pedersen.  Ezra is creating an Asterisk server for our 
needs right now (20+ phones, 10 lines). We are going to be using an XO Flex 
T1 that gives us 10 lines, and internet bandwidth that decreases as more 
phone lines are in-use.
