I actually agree on both counts.  But, oddly enough, I have always found 
much better support for my PHP and Eclipse questions from UPHPU and 
other open community boards than through any "professional" help, (like 
Zend support).  Quite honestly I am lucky if I even hear back from Zend 
professional support.  Zend's PHP debugger is a very nice tool to have 
though, however little I use it.
