[UPHPU] new site, new syndication

I actually read this message before seeing the new site.  After hearing
Wade saying he liked it, I thought, well it couldn't be bad.  :)

I then looked at the site.  It was awful.  The dark gray text at the top
was invisible.  But how could this be.  A great designer that I trust
said it was good.  So I started to think, am I going blind?  So I
dragged my browser window over to my laptops LCD screen.  Wow.  It looks
great.  Clean and beautiful.  yay!

After futzing with the controls on my CRT screen, and going through the
color calibrator, I have concluded.  My monitor must die!

How is it possible that I have gone so long with such a crappy monitor.
 Most of my day to day stuff is with plain text.  I always assumed the
sites that I were hard to read was because the designer was a retard.
I have to thank both Wade and Kenneth for showing me why I need a new
monitor.  Next step is convincing the boss.  Any suggestions?  :)
