[UPHPU] new site, new syndication

I am pleased to announce that the new site is up. Note that the URLs  
for the syndication have changed.

I am still working on porting the user accounts over. If you have any  
text or images in your old profile that you don't want loose should  
the new profiles not provide the same options, I would recommend  
saving it immediately. The old site can still be accessed temporarily  
here:
