well it's not a very good question to ask for 2 reasons - 1) I have no 
idea what your expertise is and you should be talking about something 
you know better than most people listening and 2) what's your objective 
with the talk ?  that's something you have to decide. 

Of course, as fun, you could write and demo php open source voting 
software that actually gives the vote to the desired candidate :)
