There's always MediaWiki, for which you'll find has the best support
for various features and the biggest community of users to look to
with questions. It's not the easiest to setup, but the fact that you
use the word "customers" implies that you're supposed to be the expert
here and should know how to do this stuff. MediaWiki is near
impossible to skin without running into complicated issues though.
I manage an internal company wiki and am also the admin of the
wxWidgets wiki, both running on MediaWiki, and wouldn't suggest any
other wiki unless you're looking for something light and hackable
(which your comments don't seem to indicate).
