[UPHPU] JavaScript/CSS problem (FF/IE)

Take a look at reddit.com.  If you're not logged in and you click the
up/down arrows next to a link, it "pops up" a grey "cover" div and a
white "log in" div.  It works fine in both IE and FF and, I'd imagine,
other browsers.

Now, go to this page:

http://www.voip-call.us/signup/provisioning.php

It does the same kind of thing.  Works in Safari and FF, but breaks
horribly in IE.  Can anyone spot the difference?  I've been looking
for a while now and can't see any significant difference between the
two.
