[UPHPU] OALUG PHP Workshop

FSLC did a PHP workshop at USU a couple of years ago.  We pretty much
focused the first section of the workshop on the basics: what PHP is,
why you would want to use it, basic syntax, etc. and focused the next
secion on best practices, MVC design, etc.  I presented the first part
and had hands-on examples, having them writing PHP scripts as they
learn, and I think that helped a lot.  If I had organized I think it
would have gone even better... :)
